Has anyone had good results with an outsourced web testing service?

I run a small e-commerce site and recently started looking into outsourced web testing services to help streamline some of our QA before launches. Honestly, I’m pretty hands-on, but testing everything across different browsers, devices, and user flows has started to eat up way too much time. I came across this company called Testing4Success and their web testing service seems pretty solid — they offer detailed reports and actual human testers, not just automated scripts.
